The candidate should hold a BSc or BTech degree in Metallurgy and have a minimum of 6 years of operational mineral processing experience along with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling various metallurgical processes to enhance productivity and product quality. A valid Code B driver's license is also required.
