About our client:

Our client is a professional management consultancy and IT services provider, focused on delivering creative and innovative digital solutions. Their client base includes both startups and large corporations, but their mission remains the same: to provide excellent support in the design, development, and implementation of digital products that drive value and transformation.

What you will be doing:
  • Assist bid managers throughout the RFI, RFP, and RFQ phases, with responsibility growing over time.
  • Prepare, format, and ensure the quality of all proposal documentation (offers, technical concepts, pricing, references, Q&A).
  • Manage deadlines, schedules, and document version control to maintain current information for the bid team.
  • Maintain and organize the central proposal library for efficient reuse of assets like references, text modules, and CVs.
  • Generate regular status updates, checklists, and reports for internal meetings and client presentations.
  • Handle e procurement platform submissions and execute essential PMO tasks (scheduling, minutes, action tracking, decision documentation).
What our client is looking for:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (e.g., Business, Informatics, Law).
  • Exposure to project work, proposal management, or administrative coordination is helpful, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proactive and team oriented approach.
  • Structured, reliable, detail oriented working style with a strong focus on deadlines, and clear communication ability.
  • Very strong written German (C1+) and good English proficiency.
  • Proficient in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and comfortable adopting new digital tools.
