IntroductionWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Foreman to oversee daily construction site operations across commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will manage labour, subcontractors, materials, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent site supervision skills, and solid experience in structural work, wet trades, and finishing. Candidates must have a proven construction background, strong understanding of drawings and site processes, and reside in the Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily on-site operations.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Report progress to project management.
- 10 years proven experience as a Senior Foreman.
- NQF6 advantageous.
- Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
- MBA advantageous.
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
- Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
- Experience in structural, wet trades and finishing.
- Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
