Job Description

An established construction and built environment group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of commercial projects across multiple developments. The role requires a detail-focused professional with strong costing, forecasting and valuation capability within a fast-paced construction environment. You will be responsible for preparing accurate quantities and project pricing, monitoring budgets and site expenditure, managing subcontractor valuations and ensuring commercial alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The role works closely with Site Managers to maintain cost control, ensure payment accuracy, and provide ongoing forecast reporting. Minimum Requirements
  • BSc or BTech Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • 3-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience within construction and project delivery environments
  • Proven experience in costing, valuations, budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
  • Deadline-driven with strong time management
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement ability
  • High attention to detail, urgency and reliability
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
