Job Description

Main job function
  • Registration of subdivision, consolidation and servitudes.
  • Opening of sectional and township registers.
  • Drafting of commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial) for institutions such as Standard Bank, Nedbank, Investec, Grindrod (African bank) etc.
  • Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication and liaising with relevant parties.
  • Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.
  • Facilitating and finalizing cancellations.
  • Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12
Criteria
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience working in a conveyancing environment.
  • Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank.
  • Strong FICA knowledge.
