Science & Outdoor Education Lead (Head of Subject)

Old School Ties is looking for a passionate Science and Outdoor Education Teacher for Cordwalles Preparatory School in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, starting January 2027. This role involves leading the Science and Outdoor Education program, developing engaging, boy-centered teaching strategies and integrating outdoor education. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively, a strong understanding of the Science curriculum, and the appropriate qualifications including registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
