SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT OFFICER

VACANCY: NON-ACADEMIC: SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT OFFICER

We invite applications from an organised and professional individual for the position of:

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION & MANAGEMENT OFFICER

The successful candidate will manage school administration systems, plan and maintain the school timetable, ensure accurate government reporting through SASAMS, liaise with the Department of Education and support the leadership team in daily operations.

Assumption of duty: 1 April 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and managing Ed-Admin school management system.
  • Planning, building and updating the school timetable.
  • Timetabling, attendance and academic record-keeping.
  • Coordinating internal communication and administrative processes.
  • Liaising with the Department of Education regarding compliance and reporting.Providing guidance and support to staff on Ed-Admin and SASAMS.
  • Assisting with reporting to parents, stakeholders and authorities.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in school administration or management.
  • Sound knowledge of Ed-Admin and SASAMS.
  • Strong administrative and excellent computer skills (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Education).
  • Experience in planning and building school timetables.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
