SAP Time Management Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Time Management (HCM-TM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Time Management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of time tracking, attendance, payroll integration, and relevant business processes to ensure efficient and accurate time management for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in SAP HCM Time Management module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Configure SAP HCM Time Management functionalities, including time evaluation, absence and attendance types, work schedules, shift planning, and overtime rules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Time Management solutions.
- Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration guides, and testing scripts.
- Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support for Time Management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Time Management configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with payroll teams, HR business partners, and other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration and process flow.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM Time Management features and best practices.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) as an SAP HCM Consultant with a specialization in Time Management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management functionalities, including time evaluation (RPTIME), absence and attendance processing, and clock-in/clock-out mechanisms.
- Experience with relevant SAP tables and transactions for Time Management.
- Strong understanding of German, US, or other relevant country-specific time management legal requirements and best practices.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into SAP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with SAP payroll integration from a Time Management perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in HCM or Time Management.
- Experience with other SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
- Experience with ABAP debugging for Time Management issues.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
