Business Management Consultant

Drive the growth of the business in partnership with Private Advisors by delivering on strategy, project managing business development activities and ensuring the portfolio's key objectives. Critical outputs include identifying leads, supporting campaigns, and building relationships within assigned regions.

• Provide product training and field Independent Financial Advisor queries, leveraging in depth knowledge of investments, insurance, and FirstRand products.
• Keep Independent Financial Advisors informed of product and policy enhancements, changes, and new offerings.
• Proactively seek sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional service exceeding customers' expectations through innovative solutions.
• Assist Independent Financial Advisors in expanding their value proposition and growing business.
• Render administrative support, including processing and servicing requests and quotations with timely turnaround.
• Facilitate interaction between Independent Financial Advisors and Product Specialists on technical requests.
• Stay updated on competitor products, services, and industry trends.

• NQF Level 5 or relevant Bachelor's degree (NQF Level 5 beneficial).
• At least 3 to 5 years of broker consulting experience within the Independent Financial Advisor and investments space.
• Three years of experience in life assurance and relevant class of business training.
• Experience with Group Risk, Individual Life and Investment products.
• High motivation, client centric, sales oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Curiosity, innovation, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel locally.
