Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. • Generate leads and actively pursue new client acquisition.
• Conduct cold outreach and manage client correspondence
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Provide regular reports on sales progress, market feedback, and competitor activity.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and events as required.

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Diploma in Sales or Marketing will be advantageous).
• 0-3 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Laptop/Computer and smartphone

• Computer proficiency and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• High energy and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
