The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads and booking discovery meetings for the Sales Team. This is a high-impact role that requires energy, persistence, and a strong work ethic. As the first point of contact for potential customers, the SDR is essential to setting the tone for Infinity Brands' sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a minimum of 125 cold calls daily to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team with qualified prospects.
  • Develop and manage targeted email enrollment campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and current information on leads and activities using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Work with the Sales Operations team to contribute to sales enablement initiatives and refine target audience lists.
Requirements

Proven experience in a sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (preferably B2B).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

High level of persistence, motivation, and goal orientation.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Software sales will have more of an advantage.
