A leading player in the surgical supplies sector is looking to appoint a Sales Consultant who can drive revenue growth, support healthcare professionals in theatre, and deliver exceptional client service. Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular, well-planned client visits.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Manage and monitor consignment stock at hospitals (including monthly stock takes).
- Represent the company at congresses, expos, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, customer expectations, and market feedback.
- Uphold and enhance the company's brand and reputation.
- Managing client relationships and sales activities within your territory.
- Driving revenue growth in line with company budgets.
- Monitoring stock levels at hospitals and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to payment terms.
- Acting as a key link between the company and its customers.

- Exposure to congresses, expos, and industry engagement.
- Solid planning, organisational, and territory management capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
