The programme offers a structured leadership development plan and rotational experience across sales, supply chain, and other functions, culminating in a full time role after completion. Location: Johannesburg, South Africa.

The SAB GMT Programme focuses on three main objectives:

• Lead and grow the category.
• Digitise and monetise the ecosystem.
• Optimise business operations.

Rotations take place in field offices, breweries, and operational sites, providing exposure to real world business settings and a global perspective across nearly 50 countries.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem solving skills.
• Team orientation with ambition, curiosity, and drive.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to new environments.
• Recent Bachelor's degree graduate; up to two years of relevant work or internships acceptable.
• Clear written and spoken English.
