South African Breweries (SAB), part of a large global group, is opening its Graduate Management Trainee Programme for 2026 to train future leaders. The programme offers a structured leadership development plan and rotational experience across sales, supply chain, and other functions, culminating in a full time role after completion. Location: Johannesburg, South Africa.

What the Programme Offers

The SAB GMT Programme focuses on three main objectives:

  • Digitise and monetise the ecosystem.
  • Optimise business operations.

Rotations take place in field offices, breweries, and operational sites, providing exposure to real world business settings and a global perspective across nearly 50 countries.
