Job Description
A growing payroll services company based in South Africa is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant. This role requires making outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses, qualifying leads, and handing off clients to the onboarding team. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $3-$5 plus unlimited commission potential. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with a sales mindset and strong spoken English.
