Job Description

A different kind of teaching role

Not every teaching environment is built around continuity - this one is.

Tutors follow a structured, logic driven methodology where each session builds on the previous one. You won't be dropping into random classes. Instead, you'll work with students over time, guiding their progress and building familiarity as they move through a defined learning path.

If you prefer teaching that's consistent, measured, and progression focused, this tends to be a strong fit.

What makes this role distinct
  • Curriculum led delivery
  • Lessons are designed to follow a clear sequence, with each class contributing to long term development.
  • Ongoing student relationships
  • You'll regularly see the same learners, which allows you to build rapport and track improvement in a meaningful way.
  • Structured teaching environment
  • There's a strong emphasis on following methodology - less improvisation, more consistency.
Your core responsibilities
  • Review lesson material ahead of scheduled sessions
  • Deliver structured, engaging online classes aligned to the curriculum
  • Maintain a focused and professional virtual classroom environment
  • Support learners from a range of backgrounds and proficiency levels

  • Ongoing training and required development workshops
  • Coaching and performance feedback
  • A platform built for structured, guided teaching
  • A team culture that values consistency and reliability
