Title: Recruitment Consultant

As a Researcher, you will play a key role in the delivery function. Working closely with experienced consultants and senior leadership, you'll focus on candidate generation, market research, and supporting the successful delivery of recruitment assignments.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a clear pathway into management, without the immediate expectation of developing their own business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment assignments to deliver high quality candidates on a consistent basis that meets defined recruitment briefs.
  • Sell opportunities to candidates through phone based conversations, overcoming objectives to ensure that a sufficient quantity of high quality candidates is delivered for each assignment.
  • Provide detailed profiles of candidates which demonstrates their suitability and qualifications for the role and objections that may need to be overcome.
  • Convert profiles into resumes that can be used for current assignments and conduct detailed market research to identify target companies and high-quality candidates.
  • Headhunt and engage candidates through calls, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, which can be maintained for the life of the recruitment process.
  • Conduct research to discover contact methods for candidates.
  • Manage all associated tasks to ensure that all notes are recorded on our internal CRM, interview confirmations are provided to candidates and project pipelines are maintained ahead of reviews etc.
  • Deliver against set activity targets with regularity.
  • Effectively use a range of digital platforms in order to attract and manage candidates including use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure successful delivery on all roles.
  • Generate referrals and leads of potential vacancies and share these with the wider business.
  • Regularly update candidates on the status of their applications to ensure great customer service is delivered.
Requirements
  • 18 months+ experience in construction recruitment (Non-Negotiable)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals over the phone.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to deliver candidates for hard to fill roles with regularity.
  • Demonstrative experience of working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and motivated by success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and progress.
