Job Opportunity: Receptionist/Personal Assistant

Location: Pretoria - Centurion

Salary: R Negotiable

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy reception area and switchboard with professionalism
  • Deliver exceptional client service in person and telephonically
  • Coordinate administration, filing, document control, and office supplies
  • Maintain an organized reception area and manage office equipment
  • Assist directors and senior staff with Personal Assistant duties, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and client communications
  • Support ad hoc operational requirements
Essential Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in reception or administration (accounting/audit environment advantageous)
  • Proven switchboard and client relationship management
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
