Our fleet management client seeks a highly organised and professional Office Administrator & Receptionist to join their Head Office team in Midrand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the first point of contact, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (essential)
  • 1-2 years' experience in office administration or reception
  • Excellent English communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Top notch admin skills i.e. able to manage invoicing/ contracts/petty cash/deliveries and record keeping
  • Professional appearance as ambassador of the company
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing front-office reception, providing administrative support, and overseeing general office operations. You will also supervise a small team and ensure the office environment remains efficient and professional at all times.
