An excellent opportunity has opened for a well-presented and guest-focused Receptionist to join a luxury lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. This live-in role offers the chance to gain valuable experience within a high-end hospitality environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle guest enquiries and reservations
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests promptly
• Assist with general front-of-house administrative duties
• French speaking is essential
• Maintain guest-centric service with a strong interpersonal approach
• Present a well-presented and professional appearance at all times
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to live on site

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment
• Guest-centric personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French is essential
