DescriptionHalf day - 13:00 to 18:00 receptionist position available
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access
- Issue access control tags
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting areas
- Support other departments as needed
- Ensure cleaning materials and office supplies are stocked
- Oversee cleaners
- Ensure telephone listings are up to date and distributed
- Any other Ad-Hoc functions - related to your position - as required from time to time
