Job Description

Our client is seeking to employ a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist based in Isando Johannesburg.

Requirements
  • Matric.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Data capturing experience.
  • Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues and requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and visitor sign in processes.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception and meeting areas.
  • Provide professional support when receiving VIP guests, including coordination and refreshments.
  • Capture and update data accurately across systems and records.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and welfare stock, including ordering and tracking.
  • Handle small office expenses, maintain records, and reconcile accounts.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing parcels, deliveries, and courier coordination.
  • Coordinate boardroom bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained.
  • Support overall office operations and assist with general coordination tasks.
