We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our telecommunications company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data capturing
  • Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory
  • Coordinate courier services when required
  • Handle customer queries and elevate issues where necessary
  • Support HR and management with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Grade12 / Matric certificate
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, or similar role
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
