ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a top-performing QA Review and Submissions Agent to join our Back Office team. This is not a simple administrative role as it requires an individual with an exceptional eye for detail, uncompromising accuracy, and the ability to manage high-stakes documentation under pressure.

Our Back Office consists of two divisions:

  1. Document Collection - obtaining client documents and information.
  2. Review & Submissions - where every file is meticulously analyzed, structured, and submitted to governing authorities.

As part of the Review & Submissions team, you will effectively act as a compliance gatekeeper: building submission ready client files, ensuring zero errors, and meeting strict deadlines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
  • Conduct line-by-line checks of client documents and forms to guarantee total accuracy.
  • Assemble complete client profiles and ensure they meet strict quality and compliance requirements.
  • Identify gaps, errors, and risks in files and resolve them with urgency and precision.
  • Operate under tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Manage multiple submissions simultaneously while maintaining control of every detail.
  • Collaborate with senior specialists to refine files before final submission.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and ensure it is handled with absolute confidentiality.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Proven track record in compliance, legal, regulatory, or other high stakes documentation environments.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously review documents and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to detect and resolve file issues quickly.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage large volumes of information methodically.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with precision under pressure.
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear and error free documentation.

  • Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in Spanish and/or French is an advantage but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple cases at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Google Drive for document management and communication.
  • Professionalism & Initiative: Mature, career oriented with the drive to take initiative and work independently.
