An opportunity exists for a High-Performing Property Services Administrator to join a leading commercial property organisation with a strong operational footprint. This role supports the effective management of a busy commercial and student accommodation portfolio and is suited to an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and manage service provider follow-ups
  • Process work orders, invoices, and service-related documentation
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and contract administration
  • Handle tenant queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with compliance, inspections, and health & safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and filing systems
Requirements
  • Matric + relevant qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property or facilities administration (essential)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
