A Purpose-Driven Educational NGO is looking for a highlyorganized and dynamic Programme & Executive Support Coordinator to work closely with the CEO and support the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for books, reading, and education, and who enjoys working in a role that combines operations, project coordination, communication, and executive support.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on involvement in organizational operations and projects.
  • Managing and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Handling professional communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Providing Executive PA support, including diary management, coordination, International travel arrangements and administrative assistance.
  • Preparing written communication, reports, and presentations.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across different levels.
Requirements
  • Grade 12.
  • Experience in the education sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent project coordination ability.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for literacy, books, and education.
