Job Description
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. This position focuses on administrative coordination, order processing, reporting, and operational support, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities 1. Order & Operations Management- Coordinate, prepare, track, and dispatch client orders
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Organise files and update internal systems
- Manage company device assets and asset registers
- Maintain accurate data across systems and portals
- Generate and distribute operational reports
- Assist in managing internal business projects
- Support operational process improvements
- Assist sales team with order forms
- Provide support for marketing-related tasks
- Assist clients with operational queries and requests
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve system-related issues
- Assist with supplier selection and quotations to ensure cost efficiency
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel skills (reconciliations, formulas, pivot tables; scripting advantageous)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
