Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant Receptionist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, and will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and staff
- Assist with data entry, filing and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

- This position requires someone who can handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Previous administrative experience essential
- Communication skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills, and great telephone and people skills
- Attention to details is paramount
- Good English language as well as Afrikaans
- Solid computer skills
