Packaging Development Professional

We are a world renowned blue chip organisation looking for an experienced Packaging Development professional who is passionate, proactive, and ready to lead future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the packaging development process through all NPD stages, delivering brand vision and growth on new products for specified brand(s).
  • Ensure existing and new packaging components are fit for purpose and optimised for consumer appeal, line efficiency, cost and quality.
  • Identify and lead margin improvement opportunities for the business.
  • Lead packaging development through design, development and implementation stages of NPD activity.
  • Provide technical packaging expertise to the design, artwork, repro and print stages of graphic implementation.
  • Develop and hand over key packaging documentation to Manufacturing Standards, including BOM, component specifications and packing specifications.
  • Obtain timely approval of packaging proofs and production standards.
