Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Agent, you'll support multiple areas of the hotel to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

  • Deliver friendly, professional service and respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, including processing transactions accurately.
  • Support Food & Beverage operations, including barista service, hosting, and serving food and drinks.
  • Maintain clean, safe and welcoming public and guest areas throughout the hotel.
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks, ensuring service areas are stocked and organised.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support hotel operations and resolve maintenance or operational issues.

This role works as a receptionist (3pm-11pm) for 3 days, and night audit (11pm-7pm) 2 days a week.

What You'll Bring
  • Previous hospitality experience, ideally within Front Office or Food & Beverage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple tasks and departments in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to support a hands on operational role.
  • Confidence working with guests from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
