We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the face of our clients' business and keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and staff with a warm, professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Handle scheduling, filing, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Work closely alongside our directors, providing direct administrative support and coordination
- Support management with reporting and office coordination
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-of-house environment
- Matric.
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Experience working directly with Directors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
