Overview

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join the Patensie team, on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Insurance claims
  • Management of Fleet cards and credit cards - Preparing and distributing expense sheets and sending for sign-off
  • General administrative support and office administration
  • Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, etc.
  • Scheduling meetings with clients and suppliers as requested by management
  • Working with and communicating with other staff on a regular basis to support operations
  • Obtaining quotes for purchases, PR requests
  • Verify and close Keyphase Data
  • Taking minutes for meetings as requested by manager
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required
  • Assist with stock management
  • Assist with customer invoicing
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in admin or related position
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid Driver's License
