LEGO Flexi Sales Assistant - Menlyn

Join our LEGO Certified Store team as a Flexi Sales Assistant and help us create a vibrant, interactive world for our builders. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about play and ready to provide a "signature experience" in every customer interaction.

As a Sales Assistant, you aren't just selling bricks; you're building memories. Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating Connections: Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a gracious and engaging environment from the moment they walk in.
• Store Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stunning store. You'll execute LEGO visual standards and keep our displays looking sharp and inspiring.
• Operational Precision: Master the cash register and stockroom operations. From receiving merchandise to monitoring stock levels and safety standards, you'll keep the "engine room" running smoothly.
• Embodying the Brand: Deliver retail experiences built on the core LEGO values of creativity, imagination, and fun.

• The Essentials: You must be comfortable working with children, have reliable transport, and be fully prepared for the dynamic hours of the retail world.

High availability is required for Flexi-Time roles, including both weekday and weekend shifts. We require a minimum of 3 full shifts a week in terms of availability.
