Legal Support Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, service focussed individual to fulfil a crucial role within our Restructuring and Insolvency Team. Based in our Worcester office, you will be responsible for the day to day management of business support to fee earners in the team.
Responsibilities- Undertaking routine administrative tasks for the team.
- Manage the full file closing process efficiently.
- Supporting the archiving process, liaising with the Operations team.
- Assisting with printing, copying and scanning of documentation accurately.
- Assisting with audio digital dictation as and when required.
- Previous experience in a professional environment (preferred)
- Experience in a client-facing role and a professional manner
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Teams, and Zoom
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
