Required QualificationsKey Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking flights, accommodation, tours, and travel packages.
- Provide advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Requirements
- Strong passion for travel and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Amadeus, Quicktrav and TravelIt (an advantage)
