Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodation, tours, and travel packages.
  • Provide advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and airline policies.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for travel and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Amadeus, Quicktrav and TravelIt (an advantage)
