As a Senior After-Hours Corporate Travel Consultant, you are the trusted extension of The Travel Group's premium service outside of standard business hours, ensuring uninterrupted, high-touch support for our most valued corporate clients. You act as a calm, decisive problem-solver who delivers seamless travel solutions with precision, discretion, and urgency, while maintaining the highest standards of client care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate, 24/7 response to all client calls, WhatsApp messages, and urgent travel requests
  • Deliver seamless continuity by using CRM data and existing booking history to avoid repeated client queries
  • Offer proactive, solution-driven travel support, resolving complex requests under pressure
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate, strategic, and aligned to client preferences and expectations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing client value
Operational & Commercial Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end booking processes including quoting, ticketing, invoicing, and payments within strict timeframes
  • Maintain full accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all client interactions and documentation
  • Contribute consistently to individual and team revenue targets through commercial awareness and opportunity spotting
  • Provide clear handovers to daytime consultants where required to ensure continuity of service
Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain exceptional service levels for VIP corporate clients at all times
  • Deliver tailored recommendations with clear reasoning on routing, cost, and options
  • Conduct bi-annual visits to key clients to maintain strong relationships and service alignment
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and represent The Travel Group's premium service standards
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in VIP corporate travel consulting (C-suite or HNW clients preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Amadeus, Microsoft Outlook, and back-office systems
  • Expert knowledge of international fares, complex itineraries, and high-touch travel management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet revenue targets
