Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of a high-end, fine dining kitchen
- Conceptualise and execute sophisticated, seasonal menus with impeccable presentation
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and service
- Train, mentor, and inspire a skilled kitchen brigade
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and cost management
- Drive creativity while maintaining the restaurant's culinary identity.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a fine dining environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage high-performance teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and plating standards
- In-depth knowledge of modern culinary techniques and trends
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation setting
- Relevant culinary qualification (advantageous)
