Job Description

Job Description
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support the legal team in managing compliance issues and corporate governance.
  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and management of legal claims.
  • Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in relevant laws
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law; LLM or equivalent is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment.
  • Understanding of commercial law and compliance regulations
