Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support the development andimplementation of initiatives to enhance employee engagement andsatisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding,induction, and orientation programs.
  • Provide guidance toemployees and line managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Support employee surveys,feedback collection, and follow-up initiatives.
  • Promote inclusivity,diversity, and wellbeing within the workplace.

Performance & Talent Management Support

  • Assist in administering theperformance management process, including KPI tracking and review cycles.
  • Support recruitmentprocesses: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboardingnew hires.
  • Maintain employee recordsand talent data, including succession planning support.
  • Assist with careerdevelopment initiatives and employee recognition programs.

Culture & Change Support

  • Support the CEO and HRleadership in implementing organizational culture initiatives.
  • Assist in change managementactivities and communication plans.
  • Support managers duringperiods of organizational change and transformation initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR recordsand HRIS data.
  • Assist with HR compliance,including labor law and company policy adherence.
  • Support employee relationsprocesses and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reportsfor audits and regulatory submissions.

Learning & Development Coordination

  • Support skills developmentprograms and training initiatives.
  • Track participation andtraining completion for employees.
  • Coordinate logistics withinternal and external training providers.
  • Assist managers inidentifying skill gaps and learning needs.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Generate HR reports anddashboards for the CEO and HR leadership.
  • Assist with HR metricsanalysis, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
  • Provide support for HRdigital tools and technology adoption.

Leadership Support

  • Provide day-to-day HRsupport to managers and teams.
  • Assist the CEO withHR-related projects, initiatives, and strategic programs.
  • Act as a reliable point ofcontact for HR queries and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree orNational Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or relatedfield.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience inHR generalist or HR business partner support role.
  • Sound knowledge of HRpractices, policies, and labour legislation.
  • Experience in employeeengagement, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong interpersonal,communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office andHRIS platforms.
  • Professional, proactive, andsolutions-oriented mindset.
