Job Description
Offer support through recruitment, performance management and HR administration
Key performance areas but not limited to:- Recruit pro-actively for the operations division as well as head office.
- Managing day-to-day HR administration
- Manage the performance management process
- Any other duties if and when reasonably required
- Minimum Diploma / HR Degree
- Strong HR background
- Minimum of 2 years post experience
- High level of communication verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced computer skill
- MS Office
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Valid SA Drivers license
- Own vehicle non negotiable
- Must be able to travel
