We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our amazing team. Beyond technical capability, we are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about technology outside of work hours. A hobbyist tech enthusiast - someone who spends personal time behind a computer
This role requires a technically strong, solutions-driven individual with solid experience in remote support, SaaS administration, and documentation. Experience with Zoho and Cin7 will be treated as a priority differentiator during shortlisting.
- Provide day-to-day remote desktop support and technical troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage user access, permissions, and configurations across multiple SaaS platforms
- Support and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Projects, etc.)
- Provide system support and administration for Cin7
- Support and maintain VOIP systems
- Document processes, develop SOPs, system templates, and technical documentation
- Assist with system improvements and process optimisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- 4+ years of IT support experience (remote support, ticketing systems, troubleshooting)
- Experience managing user access and permissions across SaaS platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho applications
- Experience working with Cin7 inventory management system
- Experience supporting multi-system SaaS environments
