Inventory Data Clerk

We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Stores Data Capturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and inputting data into our inventory management system, maintaining accurate and up to date records of all stock transactions, and assisting with general stores management duties.

• Accurately capture and input data into the inventory management system
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all stock transactions
• Assist in performing regular stock counts
• Assist with receiving and dispatching of stock
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the stores area
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Stores Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data capturing or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
