Griffin's Snacks, New Zealand's largest snack food company, is looking for a Fixed Term Part Time Merchandiser. This role offers guaranteed hours with flexibility for additional hours in sampling, relays, covering leave and peak season support at three stores in Queenstown. Reporting to the Territory Manager, the successful candidate will be a brand ambassador in stores, ensuring products look great on shelf and are easy for customers to purchase and enjoy year-round.

Store: Queenstown New World, Pak n Save & Woolworths. 10 hours per week with the following schedule:

• Monday: 5am-7:30am (Pak n Save)
• Tuesday: 6am-7am (Pak n Save)
• Wednesday: 6am-8am (Pak n Save)
• Thursday: 5:30am-7am (Pak n Save)
• Sunday: 7pm-9am (New World); 9:15pm-10:15pm (Woolworths)

• Unloading pallets and restocking shelves (may involve lifting up to 20 kg and working at heights)
• Checking pricing and best before dates, rotating and moving stock as needed
• Following plans/planograms to ensure product layout aligns with guidelines
• Building promotional displays
• Creating strong working relationships in-store
• Providing feedback from a store level and sharing ideas with your leader

• Willingness to learn; previous merchandising experience is not required but preferred
• Your own car and full driver's license (to travel to shifts)
• Accountability, honesty and reliability; ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on getting things right the first time
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and make it happen

• Positive, solutions-focused attitude
