This role focuses on internal coordination, enabling the sales team to work efficiently and meet their targets.Key Responsibilities:•Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for clients. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and orders in the CRM system (Sales Case Management Tool) • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., order management, finance, engineering and quality) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Prepare orders for handover to the Order Management department • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client issues or concerns promptly. • Provide administrative support to the Account Managers team when required • Additional duties from time-to-time as prescribe by Line ManagerQualifications: • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent tertiary qualification • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Qualified Trade tested Fitter would be an advantage • 2 - 3 years' experience within a mechanical environment, sales support, customer service would be an advantage• Knowledge and experience in gear calculations and manufacturing processes of gear manufacture. • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience and exposure CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.Attributes: • Good interpersonal skills • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills.• Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
