About the RoleThe Loyalty & Partnerships Intern will gain exposure in the planning and execution of Disney+'s Loyalty program (subscribers' perks) across Southeast Asia (SEA) to drive brand advocacy, retention, and engagement. The intern will be involved in planning and implementing the loyalty campaign ideas, coordinating all aspects of operational workflows across the region, and ensuring all country marketing teams, lines of businesses (LOBs) are kept abreast of the roadmap and tracking the performance of the executed campaign.
Responsibilities- Maintain and execute the Loyalty Campaign roadmap: ideate and execute loyalty roadmap, update and maintain campaign calendars, including tracking performance, and share with markets as a best practice.
- Establish and manage relationships with Disney+ Brand Leads, cross LOBs, Legal, Disney+ Product teams.
- Manage assets and execution workflow.
- Trend hacking/competition tracking - keep a close eye on what the over the top (OTT) players in the region are doing in the loyalty space.
- Test and learn approach.
- Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews and campaign reviews.
- Think creatively to produce new concepts/ideas while working with available assets.
- Liaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaigns.
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period.
- Must be available for full time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm) between July to December 2026.

- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel.
- Highly self motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for marketing.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization and thrive in a fast paced working environment.
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams.
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways.
- Passionate team player with a never ending curiosity.
- Self starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strategic thinker with good communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and Keynote.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
