We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member
- Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and policies
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Previous internship or administrative experience (advantageous but not required)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws
