HR Admin
40 hours per week
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Kempton Park, South Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Support the HR team in creating and updating policies and procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance
- Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities
- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
