HR Admin

40 hours per week

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Kempton Park, South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Coordinate employee benefits and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Support the HR team in creating and updating policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance
  • Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
