Head of Soccer

Were looking for a Head of Soccer who eats, breathes, and lives the game. This is a Soccer focused role for a driven individual who can transform our soccer betting business across both digital platforms and retail outlets. The Head of Soccer will be responsible for growing soccer betting revenue, optimise the soccer product, attracting new customers, retain & reactivate current customers and turning our soccer product into a market-leading experience. You'll have the support of a full marketing team, a data specialist, the Head of Digital, and the Head of Retail, but you'll be the driving force behind the vision, strategy, and execution that takes our soccer portfolio to the next level.

• Lead the growth strategy for soccer betting across online and retail channels.
• Drive daily revenue performance using data analytics and market insights.
• Develop and modernize our soccer betting product, leveraging AI and player data to optimize experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with digital, retail, and marketing teams to create innovative campaigns that attract and retain soccer bettors.
• Monitor soccer betting trends, competitor activity, and player behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as the soccer ambassador within the business inspiring teams and ensuring we deliver a world-class soccer product.

• 5+ years experience in sports betting, with a strong focus on soccer.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in digital and/or retail channels.
• Deep knowledge of soccer betting markets and customer dynamics.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands on experience using data tools and insights to make decisions.
• A creative, energetic leader who's obsessed with the game and thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment.
