Job Description
This much-loved neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar is seeking their next Head Chef. You'll be instrumental in the overall running of the open plan kitchen, ensuring the exceptional standards and helping to build on an excellent existing reputation and loyal customer base.
- £55,000-£57,000
- 48 hours per week (mixture of shifts - 5 out of 7)

The PersonSomeone who has held a Head Chef role within produce-driven restaurants or a Senior Sous Chef, ready to progress.
You need to creative, using modern techniques to showcase ingredients from select suppliers, through regularly changing menus.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 10-12 Chefs. Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
