F&B Supervisor - Lead Front-of-House & Guest Service
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high performing team.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure high service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations
- Lead, train, and motivate front of house team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Support scheduling and rota planning
- Must have experience in Food & Beverage services
- Must be able to lead a team
- High level of communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must be computer literate
- Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience
- Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Honest & Dependable
