As Guest Assistant, you will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure.

• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Assist guests with reservations, transport, and activity bookings
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate guest billing and records
• Ensure reception and public areas are always guest-ready
• Coordinate with all departments to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on feedback

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel front office role
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in property management systems
• Well-presented and guest-focused
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
